To address your response: 1. header.html, footer.html, and orderform.html are all in the same directory as the SMART program. 2. the SMART.CFG has the lines exactly as stated below. 3. all HTML files are chmodded to 755.

Alas, it still isn't working... any other suggestions?

Could not open http://server28.hypermart.net/marciachristopherson/cgi- bin/smart/footer.html No such file or directory Seems that you have mixed up two sites (http://server28.hypermart.net/marciachristopherson/cgi-bin/smart/ and the url you stated)
