Were all ACL gondolas painted black? In not, which ones and what color?

Last Saturday 4 March 2000 I took some pictures of an ACL gondola number 98490. The paint is faded and rusty but appears to be yellow on the side bottoms. It was headed south on the A line at 7 1/2 mile mark.let me know if you want a scanned image.

Yes, black with white lettering. A few of the 52' cars were equipped with removable covers (for coil steel loading), and the covers were painted aluminum.
