HI I am planning to adopt a child (international) this year - I just received the following message from my newsgroup...

REPEATED MESSAGE - BROADCAST TO ALL EEAC ADOPTION LISTS

The following message came in 2/10 from the US Secret Service via NASA's security office. I believe that it has important ramifications for anyone planning travel to Russia
