OT Has any more alternative fuel been pushed lately

In my coop maginize in december they were talking alternative electricity. Have any of you heard of this. I do hope I typed this right.

A few years ago I looked into solar distillation of grain alchol.... seems after you get all the fuel out of it.... it makes a better livestock feed than you had before :-)

No that is not want I am asking my cop electric power said they were testing alternstive power. Some kind of in house power.

Power Plug

Ballard has done some good work with cars, and are also developing several stationary units, including a 250 kW unit (hospitals, small plants) and are working on both larger and smaller units. They recently signed an agreement with Coleman to develop 50 small mobile units.

Yeah...alternative fuel article in last night's paper...given the usual speed at which the State Government in Hawaii works, it will be another 30-50 years before anything substantial happens...unless it can be swung to profit some insiders...
