MAPUTO (Feb. 8) XINHUA - A small plane of the Mozambican Trans Airways crashed Tuesday morning soon after taking off from the Maputo International Airport, killing one woman.

According to a statement issued by the National Administration of Civil Aviation, all the other 18 people aboard the plane, including two crew members, suffered minor wounds.

The plane, which crashed in the suburb of Maputo at 10:07 local time (GMT 6:07), was on a flight to Swaziland.

The investigation of accident is under way.
