Let's load all the pollys and trolls from debunkers plus any other malcontents on those MD80s and let them fly around for a few hours. Since they're so sure Y2k is a bust, it would never occur to them that they might have a problem.

Uh, given the current passenger mortality rate of the MD-80 series, I think you would have to keep them on board for several thousand years if you wanted to eliminate even a few of them.

You might want to include a free tank full of Australian AvGas and hire that famous EgyptAir pilot from the 'cockpit party' video tapes. But I hear that he's retired now...

I can see it now, Poole, Davis, Buddy, Cherri, CPR, Patricia, Latimer,Doc Paulie, Arro, Peg, Decker, Dan, Malcom, and all other debunkers past and present onboard this mythical MD-80 as it goes down, shouting in unison..."IT WASN'T A Y2K PROBLEM YOU IDIOTS, IT WAS THE STABILIZERRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR!!!!!!!!"

On a more serious note, the victims could have cared less as to the cause, but those remaining should, for the future....the real cause that is, that's why facts are so important.
