I justed posted this as answer to the question below. Good idea to post it here now maybe some people will not have to search so hard for the answers on how to get some of these monsters. This should be helpful for the new guys.

Are you sure about all of these? I have info from another site that claims that it is 5th rank or higher to dig up the hot springs and that loyalty contributes as a factor for worms to coccoon. I currently have a 4 year, 5 month old worm who has been fed cup jellies every month of it's life and has never had any stress and always very low fatigue that refuses to coccoon on June 4th. I have also emptied the burnt alter on the Kawrea adventure and still have not found the joker mask. Is it randomly in a different building or is it just not there sometimes?

brian, the joker mask is found at the altar - just not always. there is some randomness. as for the hopper, he must be b class or higher. i think thats 4th rank, but its been awhile.
