contrails.....can we track?

I've been reading about con/chemtrails for some time now, and have noticed the increased interest here lately. One of the arguments against the chemtrail theory seems to be that these things form under certain atmospheric conditions. I'm wondering...since there's people from all over here, can we track this somehow? Suppose when those non-dissipating contrails show up, we jot down what the barometric pressure was at that time, maybe along with the humidity. I know that thousands of feet up, it's probably different than here on the soil, but...could it hurt?

I really don't know what is is going on, but that something is what we can not say. We will have to keep on trying to find out. This is very weird. I have seen a UFO, but this is even pass weird.

Kat- i don`t know if tracking baro` would help us or not...[couldn`t hurt though] problem seems to me is that these have been witnessed in all seasons and in every climate in the US. some of the most frequent `trails` are seen in the arizona area....[NOT a cold high humidity area] i have seen them in the heat of summer and still witness them now in the snow blanketed midwest.

I will grant you that atmospheric conditions can cause or change the regular contrails from jets. But what convinced me is when you see the same plane(s) going BACK AND FORTH. How often have you see a jet on its course from one airport to another do a 180 and then again and again while all the time this trail is spewing from the plane? I have also seen it shut off the trail and then start up again a few miles later. Taz

I am feeling very threatened here, as I have laid claim (actually, Andy bestowed on me) the title of "lame".

But these posts and contrail sites are so lame as to be just plain stupidity, and I'm wondering if I may be forced to give up the title...

ImSo, I was just wondering if you feel people who see contrails are so lame,could you please tell me what the explanation for them could possibly be? I was never one to believe in oddities or rumours myself. I had heard of them but didnt think that much about it,until I saw them spraying over my city 2 weeks ago. It was just very eerie watching the whole bright blue sky turn to overcast for 6 hours after planes criss-crossed the skies. I just felt as if we were being covered by a huge blanket. I personally do not know why they are doing it,or for what reason. There may be a perfectly logical explanation. I would just like to know if you have ever seen them personally and what the logical explanation is. Thank You. Ramona

We've had a pretty regular bombardment of chemtrails since early December 1999 here in north Florida. (Perhaps it was going on before, and like most people, being so busy, we didn't notice them.)

With fuel becoming more and more expensive, it must be costing the government a bloody fortune to keep up these simultaneous operations in every part of the country. Your tax dollars at work, folks. And don't say, "You don't know it's the government." Because who in the hell else would it be?

The water vapor from jets condenses is the atmosphere. Planes fly along corridors (think of a virtual tunnel) in the sky, separated from one another according to FAA regulations. Vapor trails vary according to the type of plane, height above the ground, and atmospheric conditions.

A better question to ask might be: What would be the motive of any conspiracy behind these vapor trails, and what would prevent any conspiracist from simply finding out a sinister cause by: analyzing the vapor, having the plane followed, or using some other verifiable method of figuring out the cause. The quantity of people more willing to buy into ludicrous explanations instead of simply tracking down the truth is quite amazing.

And if there WERE a sinister cause, count up ALL the people who would have to be in on the conspiracy keeping the secret.

This one is for fruitcakes, I'm afraid.

The Jet Stream dipped into Northern Florida about six weeks ago. Jet Stream means cold air. Cold air means contrails.

There is nothing in the media about this.

Do you think 15,000 reporters have taken an oath of secrecy? In a "profession" where every reporter would kill his mother to get a good story?

It would seem as if you take all people who witness these displays as stupid.

I stated before, that I personally never believed them, but when I looked up yesterday and saw trails, I thought to myself, I'll prove em wrong, now.

So, I pulled over and watched, I suggest you do the same. In northern Florida, 45 miles west of Gainsville is where the action for me was.

Three jets started from the south, sprayed the trails for perhaps a mile or so, turned around and did it again, and again, and again, from 12 noon, till sunset. Ive never heard so much traffic in this area ever before.

While I was watching these 3 jets do there thing, another couple of jets flew by, and they were much, much higher in altitude, their vapor trail was normal, it disapeared quickly.

These jets spraying, were completly different. One of them would turn it on and off, sometimes it would put out a real vapor trail that would disapear, then it would spray out the thick stuff.

Again, after that long a time of spraying, if you look up, you see what you think are thin clouds, but they are not, and the stuff in them descends to the ground.

So, think what you want, just look up from time to time, and when you see what you think is a "normal" vapor trail, look for more, if you see a few, pull over and take a gander.

You will be in for a surprise.

ImSo, unfortunately, my father's family lived in Germany during the Holocaust. The average citizen didn't really have a clue as to what was going on in the concentration camps; they had been told these were re-settlement camps (just like in Serbia and Bosnia now). If TPTB want to keep things secret, they will be kept so. Remember, Franklin D. Roosevelt was a cripple, and the press NEVER divulged that fact to the public.

It is not a normal phenomenon, for a sky to begin daylight, on a almost cloudless day, and a few planes flying helter skelter, with two white plumes trailing in their path, and then a few hours later, the white cloud cover is so thick, you can't see the Son. (no misp). If you really take the time, to follow the plumes, they do not disappear, instead, they billow out, and form a great mass. Enough to cover miles...

Well, at least one person has a clue: I think it's unnatural, too. I think the stratosphere is getting saturated with jet exhaust. It's been doing this for ten or fifteen years, here in SW Oregon. And possibly getting a bit more frequent. Hard to measure the relative humidity way WAY up there with my hair hygrometer. My arms aren't long enough.

On the other hand, maybe I just never noticed it until ten or fifteen years ago. Anyone else seen them longer ago than that?

ImSo: On various interviews, over many years, with some of the senior reporters who covered the White House, they have often mentioned various stories that they did not cover (or were not allowed to cover). I'm not really talking about national security issues.

For example, it has come to light in recent years that many of our former presidents had affairs -- FDR and Eisenhower for example; but the press at that time never reported it. Lots of other stories covering all kinds of issues were never written about or were killed.

Look at some of the governmental medical research done on unsuspecting humans over the years. Black men were infected with STDs, schools were sprayed with chemicals/germs in Wisconsin in the 50s., mind altering drugs given to soldiers, etc., etc. The list goes on. It took years for the light of day to expose these issues.

The government is not going to inform us of the truth concerning the contrail/chemtrail issue unless their feet are held to the fire. And then it will probably be a half truth.

BTW, whatever really happened to Dorothy Kilgallon?
