Has anyone else received a similiar notice form their oil/gas company?

I received this notice yesterday attached to my monthly bill (I live in N. J. ).

"We are advising all customers to conserve heating oil as best they can. We are not anticipating haviing to allocate to our customers, however prices are at an all time high and there is temporary low availability of heating oil in the New York area."

Answers

According to the OPIS Alert e-mails over the past few weeks, heating oil and other fuels in the Northeast are getting in short supply due to "continued outages" and weather-bound barges (can't tie up and unload in this rough weather). There is a lack of actual physical product in the northeast.
