I need to know how to get the Encad 50 driver recognized by pshop 4.0 I can't print to a 48 inch roll and use the 48 inch width. What do I do?

say your using 49 inch or 50 inch paper i use 50 inch paper to print 48" with the skewing of the paper 48 wont go on 48
