What is the best software program for burning VCD's and creating interactive menu's like dvd's. Thanks.

Brook: VideoPack 4 or Adaptec do menu structures, VP4 is more professionally related and will do more levels/layers.

Choi: Look in the "useful download sites" and there are plenty of software players available from that lot.
