I apologize for the problem that happened when I posted the newsitem about the weather forecast in Oklahoma. For some reason, the news story appears three times! Can someone please tell me how this could have happened, so I won't do it again?

I highlighted the news story, then pushed ctrl c. Then I came over here, opened up this box, clicked in the box, and pushed ctrl v, and the story appeared. But then when I pushed, submit, somehow it ran the story 3 times! If someone has the time, could you please help me with this matter? I'm new on computers, so please explain very simply. Thanks!!
