Are ther Problems at Intuit

I called Intuit today (1/25) because I had not yet received my Turbo Tax CD in the mail. Last year I had it in the first week of January. I ordered, and paid by check, in early December. Their agent on the telephone told me they had no record of order or payment. I was on the computer files, however, from the previous year. She asked me for my check number, the date it cleared, and the amount. Then she said she would have the product sent out immediately.

This sounds suspiciously like they have lost data files and are waiting for people to call in to find out who they've lost. Has anyone else experienced this with them, or other companies this month?

Intuit got me with their phone solicitation about Jan 6, I signed up for Turbo Tax Deluxe CD which they said would ship in one week, still waiting.....
