(Irish Times Breaking News) South Dublin city hit by power blackout: 11.15 a.m., Jan 25 - A large area of south Dublin city experienced a half-hour power blackout this morning at 2.45 a.m. The ESB said it was caused by "a major fault" at its transformer in Ringsend.(Irish Times Breaking News)
