We bought an old oak desk that has a perfectly working Remington typewriter that rolls out of the top when you pick up a handle. Sound like anything you've seen and any idea of time/price? Thanx!

I don't know about the desk, as you've got to be more specific about its design elements, labels and markings (if any), and known provenance or origin for someone to be able determine its value. As to the Remington typewriter, however, depending on the model and condition, it could be worth up to $400.
