How is this a hoax I read it . If I knew how to cut and paste it would be here DElete Delete Delete

DELETE! The same hoax floated around Canada about 6 months ago. How can they administer it? Everyone will just get hotmail addresses. New (easily written, got most of the needed code right here on my local drive) technology will obsolete such a tax in weeks.

SYSOPS: DELETE!

Sandy,

Sorry you got caught up in this. IT IS A HOAX.

I agree .... DELETE.

It's a hoax, 'cause we've heard it for years. Back in the 80s, it was the modem tax. Now it's the email tax.

The representative "takes no email" because *he doesn't exist*. Neither does the bill number.

Please don't spread this any further, as it is indeed a hoax. It is explained here.

Yes, The email tax is indeed a hoax. The recently proposed tax on Internet Forums (i.e., the "Free Speech" Tax) is another matter....

Well thanks all, would not have known unless I asked, but this bonillas guy won't even except email so why is he replying? Reminds me of familyman at the rollover... anyone heard from him again? By the way LOVE THIS FORUM had to many salty dogs one night awhile back.am really not ll's sister.

what I forgot to say is you remember satalite(sp) back when it just started, you bought a dish and it was free...for awhile, that changed did it not, be wary of net taxes folks they tax the stuff we like. Sandy

I believe it is a hoax but I heard Forbes on one of his debates say if he got elected there would not be a tax on the internet so there is some talk about it.

-- dizzy (been@there.com), January 22, 2000.

dizzy, you're right, there is talk . . . but the key point of your post is if Steve Forbes gets elected. BWHAHAHHAHAHHAHA ha ha ha ha BWAHAHAHAHHA ha ha ha ha. That's a good one!

-- Paranoia Will (Destroy_Y@BlackCopters.com), January 22, 2000.

paranoia.........the key point was talk about the tax. As far as Steve Forbes getting elected is as sorry of a thought as any of those other dead beats getting elected. This country surely has better to offer somewhere. Now you know why Y2K was so confusing the whole sorry political system is in trouble.
