I am a bit confused-over 50% of the posts lately have been on oil-I know we are a free-for-all forum, but it seems we have become myopic-Like pigeons finding a new pile of food-Is there any other news of actual, confirmed y2k breakdowns today??

I check Downstreamer's forum several times a day. But I have nothing to contribute and I think there is a sense.. over there.. that unless you know, REALLY know, something about fossil fuels that you don't clutter up the band width. I, for one, would like to see it stay that way so there isn't so much sorting truth from fiction. So, everyone....go and lurk. But don't submit anything unless you REALLY KNOW what you are talking about. Just my $0.02 worth and now I will go back to my rug weaving and shut up.

There are those who don't care much for the current price of oil. They are doolahs, also known as pollies. Others are quite aware that rising oil prices will cause future predicaments. They are doomers.

All in all, inflation will slam America.
