For the last few weeks there's been reports of refinery problems. It seems that almost every day there's a new problem. Has anyone here compiled a list of all the failures and problems at the various refineries? I would be interested in seeing such a list, as it may give may give a more complete picture of what sort of shortage we might be looking at in the near future.
