erin - i've read all the harry potter books. my 9 yr old nephew, who previously dismissed me as useless because i can't play basketball, now thinks i'm the coolest aunt ever. all because we've bonded over harry potter. well, that and because i listened while he showed me his pokemon collection. i didn't understand a word he said, but i listened.

hmmm, i'm responding to erin, but kathy will get the email. oh well, at least it'll make her feel warm and fuzzy.

yay kristin knows alllllll about harry potter! i want to get the rest of the books now. its fun!! i wanted to kick all in my class though. we were discussing how it 'delights' adults and children differently and my group kept commenting that children could escape into it easily whereas an adult is like 'no that couldnt happen.'

i bit my tongue. i wanted to say 'yes it can! i was so there! what the hell are you jaded adults with no imagination talking about' :x anyhow. i hate pokemon too. i just nod when my little brother talks about it.

oh and jill? harry potter is a childrens book :] more lamps!!!?? ohh exciting! :D

i finally saw girl interrupted. :x. its clear out. i can see the mountains.
