Has anyone got a good VCD using the Creative 4224 and Nero. All my disk burn but when I go to play them, they are invalid and yes DMA is turned off. I can get a burn off of NTI but the quality I get is really bad.

Shouldn't that be VCD not VDC?

Try using the Video CD option in Nero rather than doing the work yourself. If that does not work, try another burning program.
