Hi Toni,

I wish there was more concrete info I can give you. There isn't much priamrily due to the difficulty of defining and operationalising "stress". One article that is worth a look is Sutherland and Cooper, Exercise and stress management: Fit employees - healthy organisations? International Journal of Sport Psych 1990, 21:202-217. I haven't looked at the literature recently but there is undoubtedly been some more work done - possibly in the organisational psychology or health psych areas.
