HOW TO LOOSE THAT LAST LITTLE BIT OF FAT

i HAVE BEEN LIFTING OFF AND ON FOR ABOUT 6YRS,WHEN I WAS ABOUT 15 I WAS OVERWEIGHT SO I LOST ABOUT 50 LBS IN 1 SUMMER.THAT WAS ABOUT 10 YRS AGO,I HAVE MADE SOME VERRY GOOD GAING IN THE GYM,BUT I HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO GET RID OF THAT LAST LITTLE BIT OF FAT AROUND MY STOMACHE,AND OFF MY LEGS,BUT,HIPS.I AM AFRAID ITS BECAUSE OF LOOSING WEIGHT SO FAST.I LIFT AT LEAST 4 TIMES A WEEK,MY DIET IS CLEAN. I AM 6-1 @215LBS AND EAT FISH, CHICKEN,EGGS FOR PROTIEN AND OATMEAL AND RICE,POTATOES FOR CARBS.FOR 2 OF MY 5 TO 6 MEALS A DAY I DRINK MRP`S.I TAKE IN ABOUT 250 GRMS OF PROTIEN,AND ABOUT 250 GRMS OF CARBS AND 20-40 GRAMS OF FATBUT I AM STILL DONT SEEM TO BE LOOSING ANY BODY FAT OFF OF MY GUT OR LEGS MY CHEST BACK AND ARMS LOOK PRETTY GOOD.I WANT TO SEE MY ABS,NOT A LITTLE ROLL OF SOFT FAT.ALTHOUGH I DONT DO CARDIO,I LIMIT MY REST IN BETWEEN SETS TO SEC.THERE HAS TO BE SOMEONE OUT THERE WHO HAS WENT THROUGH THIS.HELP!!!!!!! the trick is to drink plenty of water, do atleast 15 mins of mild cardio in your workout and eat atleast 6 times a day-balanced with protein supplements to help you grow.....if you work out pretty hard you will see results in about a month and a half.

Are you taking any fatburners? drink 1 gallon of water daily if not more.Are you doing abs that also helps mobilize fat in that area.Consider clenbuterol but donot use if you have any health /heart conditions.
