Love the way you're calling "people" like Flint, Ken, and Hoff on their "way" with the rest of us people... keep it up :-) And add CPR if you could...

:-) e-mail me if you can..... and don't ask syops who I am, De Bunker hasn't had much luck traceing me, or hacking me...... just wondering what a pro can do....

Netghost; There is really no way for me to track you down unless you connect to my servers. Even if you do connect to my servers if you seem to be benign, I am not likely to even notice that you did connect. On the other hand, I am quite confident that the folks who run this forum know who you are and from whence you connected. If I ever need that information, I will be able to get it. I am sorry that I can not accomodate you. There you have the limit of this pro as you so kindly call me.

Usually one does not go chasing down every person who connects to a system. The sheer volume of connections makes this a process which would have to be automated. There are tools; however, such as the auth protocol and the ident daemon which can be used to facilitate the process.

On my end, of late atleast, I seem to have noticed a lessening of interest by the cracker community. It is my sincerest hope that that trend continues. The net is a nice place to have fun. It becomes a scary place when one starts chasing chrackers because "life is like a box of choclates."

Sorry I can't be of service.
