Houston was having a few compliancy problems but that is not publicized in local media.

2.Anyone know anything more about the Florida Blue Algae report? Not sure about the contrail (is that correct?)theory but accidental sewage or chemical emissions could be considered to be significant. Born and raised on the Gulf Coast, so I do have to wonder about the growth rate posted in the original thread---temperature is significant but that was really a rapid expansion even considering the warm winter we're having down here.
