I saw I a couple o'thou of them jogging around Central Park on Sunday morning (10:20am EST) in a mini marathon... most wearing those hideous 'Day-Glo' suits. (Phototographic evidence - One set per family, please - furnished upon request)

Yeah, what DID happen to the government predicitons of an all out assault from the hackers? Seems like a few would have got thru somehow, if it was a big threat. Law of averages and all that U know.

They got into the government computers, which can now no longer track Y2K problems, and this is why the government appears to be underreporting Y2K.

The virus warning was CYA so everyone blame Y2K problems on viruses. No Y2K problems, no need to blame viruses.

'Should the People's Liberation Army (PLA) launch electronics warfare against Taiwan, the military, armed with about 1,000 computer viruses, would be able to fight back,' Defense Ministry official Lin Chin-ching was quoted as saying in the Liberty Times.
