Geez ... at first I thought this was funny ... BUT a lot of kids do research on the net ... and might do the exact same thing you did ... type "usgov". This is plain WRONG!!!I think certain URL's shouldn't be allowed. Just like they do it with license plates, where certain words aren't allowed to be used.
My 13 year-old nephew maintained a web-site for his Lutheran Grade School. It was called "builders" something or other.
They had a message board on there.
The first message came from a porn site!!! Apparently this porn group does a search by occupation. Fortunately he showed me the site the first day after it was completed [that's how fast these jerks made the post], and they were able to have it removed.
I made the mistake of writing back to these creeps. What happened is that my AOL email is now filled with emails from porn sites!!! [Fortunately that's not my main ISP - but, still a bummer having to put up with this B.S. What a hassle having to hit the DELETE key 20-30 times whenever I access AOL.]
Glad the kids didn't write back.

To block unwanted email from specific sites:1) go to "mail center" 2) press "mail controls" 3) press "set up mail controls" 4) choose the screen name you want to edit (then press "edit") 5) type the unwanted e-mail address (press "add", then "save")
