Dear Lady, it was you who "paged" me on the thread you started down below. I am sure that it is an over sight on your part in not acknowledging my reply. "Perish the passing musing that you might actually ignor my reply."

At the time of my posting an answear to your question. I was not aware of the chemical plants' matter. But there is some "grist for the mill" in at least one of the descriptive explanations of what transpired to cause the accident, I would muchly like to examine the valve that was in the story line. And it's (PROM, ROM or PLC) controller. I surely would like to examine the valve it's self to see if a feild modification had not taken place also.

Construction of a physical industrial complex is a little more involved than constructing web pages.And there are many more levels (and people) involved in the process also. But do, please, as I know it was an over sight on your part. At least give an indication that you have perused my posting. After all dear lady, it was you asking for my thoughts ( and I am truely flattered that you did warrent my thoughts to be of value to you). And not me asking for you thoughts on a subject in your feild...But one never knows, some day I might need to know you thoughts on constructing a web page.
