Pretty sure this concerns the Gambro machines mentioned earlier here: Report from the ICC on Gambro Analyzers (from Leon Kappelman through Cathryn Wellner)

They were not sold in the US, according to the FDA page.

This is a really nasty fault. They don't auto-sterilize between patients.
