Hi,

I have had an account at the Electric Library (now ELibrary) for over 2 years now and have never had a problem. I have not been able to access their site since January 1 though. I get periodic updates of articles on subjects I am interested in called the ETracker and it won't accept my user name and password. I wrote a letter through the facility on their website yesterday and today, about 18 hours later, I get this back:

Delivery Failure Report Your FEEDBACK: was not delivered to eltracker because: Router: Unable to open mailbox file ANNIE/INFONAUTICS CORPORATION mail.box: You are not authorized to use the server

Hi,

I can't access my tracker account. I had my password saved but when I logged onto your site, it asked me for my user name and password which I entered but it said that it was invalid. I have an email from you saying what my username and password is but that did not work. Can you please help with this problem?
