Sure looks like a hoax. Didn't the now-departed c4i give that url in one of his/her/their appearances before the rollover as being a "secret" news site?

if you check the source html, the pop-up warning appears to be unequivocal, and not keyed to any particular visitor; i'm not an html guru, though.

That's not even convincing enough to be considered a hoax. Just some kids playing with Daddy's computer and having a few jollies.

Hoax or not, it is a wierd little site.If you try and do a search it will allways show no catolog or go to black and continually load.If you click on the weather you are taken back to your start page.It seems so fake but at the same time (functional ?)

Try it out for yourselves as I am not an expert at this.
