Turns out the extra $199.58 in my account was not bank error, rather atm error. The bank has correct balance on their version of my account (at least the one I can access on line). The atm company has a problem. Every one of their machines shows the extra $199.58. Even after it is withdrawn?! I wonder what the atm gods will reveal tomorrow when I place the magic card in the oracle slot?
