UKRAINE NUCLEAR POWER - AFP/Moscow Interfax reported reduction of capacity at Rovno nuclear power plant by half due to Y2K bug. DOE CONFIRMS THIS WAS NOT Y2K - PROBLEM IS OF NO CONCERN.
