Emergency ServicesRock Springs, Wyoming reported a computer problem at the Green River Police Department (GRPD). A new computer system was installed and turned off prior to midnight 12/31 and failed to boot up after the rollover. It is not known to be a Y2K related problem. Repair staff will be in today (1/3) and an update will be provided to the Regional Operating Center. This did not result in major problems for GRPD and 911 dispatch services are being handled by a neighboring community.
