This morning I found myself thanking God that we still had electricity and all it brings, and realized that we are very blessed to be able to say we dodged the bullet. I was an 8 GI, and I still think we aren't finished with this, although the spinmeisters will have a field day saying "none of these problems are caused by Y2K," and will even continue to add to my stash of "just in case." My worst critic confronted me Sunday morning, and he was quite cruel, but I was so glad that things had gone so well that I just let him scoff. I won't consider us out of the woods before the end of July. Just cautious, I guess.
