WHAT A JOKE!!!!! they just did another bit of spin from the ICCC. everyone (i bet they have several rooms and always pick the quietest one) was working except one guy who WAS RIGHT IN FRONT OF THE CAMERA AND had HIS FEET ON HIS DESK AND WAS "READING" A NEWSPAPER!!! fairly long report and he sat perfectly still, never turning a page or moving his head. how blatant they are. just letting us know that every thing is A-OK, so much so that the PAID GOVERNMENT EMPLOYEES CAN SIT READING A PAPER.
