I read somewhere on the board below that there were no webcam's being broadcast from new zealand. Here is a link to EarthCam. Check Gisborne New zealand. It appears to be live. There are also cameras in Australia. It says they are live, but I have watched and come to conclusion that boats and waves aren't moving. Also note that time in Sydney is stuck at 12/31/99, prob not a big deal but I thought it interesting.

I would bet that by percentage, the average webcam is NOT working. That's because people generally take them down or do not maintain them as required. Usually what remains is an older photograph, typically the last one taken by the webcam.
