How Are the airports doing

We had a relative fly from Northwest Arkansas to New Orleans about 6 am CST yesterday (Saturday) without any problems. The only notable thing was that airport security in Northwest Arkansas was so high that an airline worker triggered the alarms simply by walking into the wrong area. Local media reported that later on Saturday a suspicious package was detonated by the local bomb squad but no other details were given.

The airports are busy as you might imagine with folks returning home from the holidays. I am taking my Daughter and her family to LAX later today for a flight to Auckland, NZ. No problems, no worries, no delays. Why would you be expecting anything else at this date? Time to let go!

In-laws from the Philly area mentioned yesterday that TV news showed Philly Intl Arrival/Departure displays all showing date as 01/01/1900.

Hey Look, if you really believe what you are saying, why bother coming to this forum? I don't understand why you keep coming back if you believe everything to be fine. Hope your family have a nice flight back to NZ.

I also would delete this bookmark if I were you because it's an obvious waste of your time now.

Picked up the in-laws at SeaTac (Seattle). Crowded with people returning from holidays, everything functioning smoothly.

My hubby is flying Lufthansa today (1/3/2000) to Germany.....I feel pretty confident as things have been going well. He has to go for business reasons. Prayers please? Thanks.

Oh- I always pray before flights....this one is no different.
