I will admit that I was totally wrong about y2k( and that's good news! ), however,I still say it was prudent to prepare, based on sincere statements made by many programers. But I was wrong never theless. I still contend that we should use this as an opportunity to prepare back-up (manual) systems. We live in a very complex world that could come unraveled in other ways as yet unseen. And I'm not convinced that we won't have serious y2k related problems yet.

I'm convinced we won't have any serious Y2K problems. But there are a lot of other disasters lurking that will occur with little or no warning. Hang on to your preps.
