Retailers were not open last night, nor were many of the financial institutions. I heard the head of the retailing organization speak last week on CSPAN. She said the largest retailers are ready. She said she did not know if the mid-sized and smaller were? The mid-sized will be the challenge according to her. Let's see how today goes.
