Internet banking unavailable

My Bank reports the following:-

"Electronic customer delivery facilities, notably ATMs, EFTPOS, BPAY and the Bank's telephone and internet banking services are functioning normally."

"In summary, the Bank can report there has been no Y2K-caused disruption to the Bank's systems, operations or services", Mr Pritchard said.

BUT, for the first time (ever) I can't access (my accounts at) this bank via the internet. Also the first time I have tried in 2000. Y2K bug ???

Well, I bank with the Commonwealth Bank, also in Australia, and just did a transaction over the internet. Maybe it is just a temporary thing? I sure hope so! :-)

If you click on a web site that will not connect, try reconnecting to your service provider, and trying again. I tried to access a site after midnight after no connection thought-"uh oh!" THen i signed off then on again to my provider(aol-lol), and all sites were normally available.
