Great news, folks...if this continues, and telcos, and banks hold, then Martial Law doesn't pass the laugh test!!!

I expect the full weight of the "Mission Critical" approach to business remediation to hit by March - April when the Brits say the "knock on effects" come home to roost. But recession ( I reforecast just now and I'm STILL at a 5+ but definitely not a 7 ) has never justified use of troops or suspension of elections or other Civil Liberties.
