Nicaragua has gone from a "green" classification to a "yellow (warning)" classification under the heading of "Water" on the following website: www.iy2kcc.org. Didn't see any further information on why.

The classification is due to a water supply problem - can't understand the full report, coz it's in Spanish and I'm not. However, it is listed as NOT Y2K related
