Tampa Florida unfortunatley had yesterday 12/30/1999 a wacko shoot 5 kill 4 people in a Y2K related going berserk state of mind.

A couple of friends that are Deputy Sheriff's tell me that all law enforcement will be on duty at midnight because of fears of riots violence, etc

Any one else know of similiar info?

Heard this morning - not from the news - a man was being investigated - his house was searched and they came up with lots of explosives and a detailed map of Buford Dam in Georgia. Apparently he was planning to blow it up at midnight. Now this is serious because this dam is the reservoir that gives Atlanta its water. Anyone else hear about this???

Emergency Net News is reporting several acts of (millennium-related) violence which have taken place.

Tampa: at the Radisson Harbor Inn, it is reported that 5 people have been killed and a possible 3 wounded by a gun man.

New York City: Four individuals taken into custody on possible terrorist related plans.

Israel: suicide bomber attacks Israeli soldiers; at least 10 injured.

Indonesia: At least 250 killed as Muslim and Christian clashes escalate.

Hiding..

I read the articles you referenced and not once did they mention 'millennium-related'. Why do you feel compelled to add your own little spin here? So much for your credibility.
