Hi all, I have a bunch of downloaded MPEG files, which I want to make into a VCD to play on my Toshiba3109 DVD player. Is this doable? Can I just burn the MPEG files as is onto a CD-RW? Thanks much.

You need to encode them as VCD-MPEG and use a VCD Creator to burn them on to a CD. There is a whole section here on how to encode and burn video cds. Good Luck
