If those go off, they'll *be* by terrorists! State-sponsored, most likely, but setting off suitcase nukes here? Hard to see it as anything but terrorism.

A congressman here in PA was trying to get the clinton admn. to look for the stashes.apperently they said that even if the stashes existed they werent worried abuot it.he kept the heat on them,but the admn.stalled him out of time.
