Goldmeisters: Gold back up over $290greenspun.com : LUSENET : TimeBomb 2000 (Y2000) : One Thread |
Gold has been creeping back up nicely the last few days. Do we get a spike up soon, or is this just that time of year? Andy? or should I say number six?Hokie, Ron: Do you guys ever sleep?
Cheers

Sometimes.Chronic pain due to degenerative arthritis in spine, neck, and several joints (triggered by car wreck 10 yrs ago) makes it a catch- as-catch-can proposition. Can't take most painkillers due to bleeding problems, and tolerance to narcotics (from having them prescribed for quite a while now) means they don't induce sleep.
Can't speak for Hokie, though. [g]

Ron, Can you tolerate melatonin. Induces sleep better than narcotics without the grogyness the next day. I Enjoy your post's.

My excuse - o/t on the night shift. It's 7am and I'm gasping for a beer!
as regards Gold, no joke, 1st qtr 2000 =============>> the moon

Infidel: I've tried melatonin, it seems hit or miss. I don't use the narcotics to sleep, just for pain relief. (They don't put me to sleep!)PS: thanks for the kind words.

Andy: Any hard evidence for your $2000 gold prediction or is it just a hunch on your part? Why do you think it will rise so high?

Cody,I believe what Andy was saying was in the first quarter of 2000, gold to the moon. Remember, goldmeisters are a hopefull lot.

Ooops, I see that I misread Andy's post. I'd still like to know specifically why Andy is so bullish on gold. I have my own feeling that it's headed up but I'd like some fundamental analysis to back this up.

TO RON SCHWARTZ--Ron, had a severe problem with lower back for 10 years(compression of discs=compression/pressure on nerves)- strapped on a magnetic belt year and a half ago and haven't had a twinge since. This is my real e mail address-if you want to talk on phone please don't hesitate to call. I'm not selling anything just a sufferer trying to help.
