Keating Tapes In Y2K Message - (STATEWIDE) -- With only a few days before New Year's Eve, Y-2-K concerns are heating up. But the state of Oklahoma is trying to calm the fears. Public service announcements, featuring Governor Frank Keating will begin airing during the next few days. The spots will also offer a toll-free number Oklahomans can call for information about Y2K, or referrals to agencies that might be affected.
