Who's Who on TB2000?

greenspun.com : LUSENET : TimeBomb 2000 (Y2000) : One Thread

Sometime ago I thought there was a thread giving bio-info on some of the key posters here. Was that this forum or another? If it was this one, could someone give me a link. If not, could we start one? I realize such a thread is ripe for lampooning for some folks here, but since this could be the last few days before the end of TB2000, I would like to at least know a bit more about some of the many friends I've met here. Thanks. And Merry Christmas.

Dear Jer, While I can't give you my full real name, suffice to say I'm an ageing, potbellied ,lackey of the Rockefeller Cabal,Who stated that POWER is the ultimate aphrodisaic, this was before I cured my impotence and viagra became my ultimate aphrodisaic. Look for me lurking around internationalist secret meetings where I toady for the real rich ones!I am sometimes paid huge sums by the Life/Times (CNN)news groups to pontificate on breaking news. While I have resided in the USA since becoming a citizen I have never forgotten my first employers, the MKVD, Stalin's secret service. One of my memorable quotes,When I learned that 90.000 Marshallese Islanders had been radiated by our atomic tests ,my comment,"Don't worry ,their just useless eaters!" Once der rockets go off who cares ver dey comes down und I'm learning Chinese. If you haven't figured who I am I'll just have to leave you guessing. A hint. I used to be a high Gov't official but now I'm involved in massive deal making and money laundering.

JER, there is a thread (quite long) of people who gave their bio. I didn't participate in that thread, and to this day, I'm still anonymous after 2 years of posting.

I have most of the bios.

Pollies, Doomers, Trolls, etc.

I consider most of them my friends. Some really wonderful people have congregated over the past year or two, to discuss this issue.

I'll be here, after the first of the year.

Then, more shall be [gasp] revealed, privacy protected, as always.

I apologize for being cryptic, but as forum regulars know, I mean no harm.

Last time I checked, it's still Christmas day. Accordingly, blessings to you and yours.

:)

P.S. I'm a time-worn journalist with a very big heart.

Hey FM, how's it going? Haven't seen you in a while. Merry Christmas! <:)=

Sysman,

Did you ever hit your goal (1000 years of experience)?

LOL Dean,

Not quite. 875 at last count, but I see a few more have come forward just today. Over 900 now. I reposted that old thread yesterday, after "Doug" called us a bunch of techno-dweebs!!!

Happy Holidays Dean! Tick... Tock... <:00= ...

I just realized that it was FM that "inspired" me to start that thread back in March. Half of that experience came from FM's threads. You hear that FM? You're half responsible for that mess! (grin)

Happy Holidays FM. <:)=

Thanks for all the links. Very enlightening reading. I did notice a strange and peculiar absense of the familiar pollies, however. Have they ever laid out their c.v. for the world to see?
