Excellent photo! Those colours near the moon are iridescence, caused by an optical effect of the clouds. They are occasionally seen in the daytime too (although staring at the sun is foolish). Some info on aperture and exposure would be useful. The long exposure has blurred the fast moving cirrus(?) clouds. At 12KB Jpeg is a bit small, but the quality seems fine.
