May be bandaid solutions to congestion but there is no acceptable reason for giving these particular vehicles their own designated lanes on any of the roads. But an even more agregious insult is the designation of parking spaces all over the place specifically for these vehicles.

Parking spaces that WE have paid for with years and years of taxes that sit empty most of the time because the HOVs are elsewhere. Parking spaces that we (the people who paid for them) dare not use because we will be penalized for it.

And Matthew and all you other mindless drecks...I want to say this right now::

I DIDN'T SAY ANYTHING ABOUT HANDICAPPED SPACES SO TUFF YOUR BRAINS BACK UP YOUR RESPECTIVE NOSTRILS..

What next??? A box on your job application that asks if you carpool or use public transportation so they can decide you are not qualified to work for them?? Tha's what you are working toward isn't it??
